Shipping Questions

When do you ship orders? When will I receive my order?
Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, orders normally ship within 5 - 7 business days of receipt.

You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this email it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly or our confirmation email is getting caught in your span filter. Please check the email address given is correct and add Orders@MoonbeamBaby.com to your exceptions list of your email client. If we have any questions or issues with your order we will attempt to email you first.

In addition to the time it takes us to process your order final delivery to you is dependent on the shipping option you selected at check out. Standard shipping time is 5 - 7 business days after your order is completed. A Priority shipping option is available at check out which reduces shipping time to 2 - 3 business days. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time which is dependent on the shipping method selected at check out. How can I change the delivery address?
If you need to change the delivery address on a current order that has not been shipped, please e-mail us at Orders@MoonbeamBaby.com. If you want to change the delivery address on your account for future orders, you may login to "my account" and edit your billing and shipping address.

What are your shipping options and charges?
Moonbeam Baby offers two shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Moonbeam Baby uses USPS and FedEx to offer the following shipping options:

Note: Please note that due to the personalized nature of many of our items, we normally require seven to nine business days to ship orders.

 

Orders and Cancellations

When is my order processed?
You order begins processing within 2 business days. Upon receipt of your order, we will e-mail you an order confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of many of our items, we usually ship orders within 7 to 9 business days.Delivery time will be dependent on the shipping method selected.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been submitted?
Yes, you may change or cancel your order prior to the start of monogramming. Once an item has been monogrammed it cannot be changed or canceled without penalty. As soon as you determine you need to change an existing order please contact Moonbeam Baby immediately by sending us an e-mail at Orders@MoonbeamBaby.com or calling us at (888) 311-0597, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. If calling please leave your changes along with your order number (found at the top of your emailed invoice) and a call back number. We will send you a confirmation that the change has been made or contact you for further instructions. If your order has been processed or shipped and you wish to cancel, please be aware we will be unable to accept returns of any monogrammed items, except in the case of error on the behalf of Moonbeam Baby. Please be assured we will always strive to satisfy our customers in every way possible.

Will sales tax be charged on items I order?
We are required to collect applicable sales tax for all orders billed to Texas addresses only.

How do I find out the status of my order?
We will confirm the receipt of your order via email when it is received. We will also send a notice to the billing addressee's email when shipment is made. If you'd like to check the status of your order or need to track a shipment you may do that from the "Order Tracking & Status" link at the top of the website. Should you have additional questions or need assistance regarding your order, please e-mail us at CustomerService@MoonbeamBaby.com or call us at (888) 311-0597, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST and leave us a message with your name, order number and call back number.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO addresses or US territories.


Payment Methods


What methods of payment do you accept?
MoonbeamBaby.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We also accept ATM or debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

When is my credit card charged for my order?
Your credit card will be processed when you place your order. It usually takes a few business days for the charge to be posted to your credit card account.

Does Moonbeam Baby guarantee that my credit card information will be secure?
Our Web site uses a secure server (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

What should I do if I believe credit card fraud has resulted from an order I placed on MoonbeamBaby.com?
If you suspect that there are unauthorized charges on your credit card, notify your credit card provider immediately. Then contact us and we will investigate your claim and work with your credit card company to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

 

 

Creating and Using My Account

How do I sign-up to receive special offers?
All Moonbeam Baby customers automatically begin receiving our specials and promotional discount offers. There is no need to sign up and if for any reason you wish to be removed from this list simply click the "unsubscribe" link in any email you receive from us. If you are not a Moonbeam Baby customer yet but still wish to receive these offers visit the Moonbeam Baby Home Page and follow the link at the bottom right corner.

Do I have to create an account in order to shop at MoonbeamBaby.com?
No, whether you choose to create an account or not you may make purchases through our secure server (SSL) interface so that your personal information is protected. Creating an account will allow you to make future purchases without re-entering your billing and shipping information.

How do I update my address on your website?
You may log-in using the "My Account" link found at the top of the website to view and edit your profile.
